Privacy Policy

VajraFit ("we", "us", "our") provides a member attendance and management app used by gyms and their members. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's protected.

Who this applies to If you're a gym member, your account is created by your gym's admin — there's no self-signup. If you're a gym owner/staff, you manage your gym's members, attendance, and payments through our admin panel and app.

What we collect Account details — name, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and profile photo, entered by you or your gym's admin.

Attendance data — when you open the app on your gym's Wi-Fi, we read the network's name and identifier (SSID/BSSID) to confirm you're at the gym. We do not track your GPS location or movements — only which Wi-Fi network your phone is connected to at that moment. Android requires location permission to read Wi-Fi details; we use it solely for this purpose.

Payment records — your gym's admin may record membership payments (amount, method, date) against your account. We do not process card/UPI payments directly in-app in this version.

Device information — a device identifier, used to secure your session and detect unusual login activity.

Notifications — if enabled, we schedule local reminders (e.g. meal plan reminders) on your device. These are generated and shown on your phone; we don't send you marketing notifications.

How we use it To let you log in, mark attendance, and view your history, streaks, and gym leaderboard. To let your gym's admin manage your membership, attendance, and payments. To keep your gym's data separate from every other gym on the platform — each gym only ever sees its own members' data. To secure your account (encrypted storage on your device, secure session handling). Who we share it with We don't sell your data. Your data is visible only to your own gym's admins/staff and VajraFit's platform team (for support and platform operation). We don't share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Data security Your session and credentials are stored encrypted on your device (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to member data is restricted by gym — no gym can see another gym's members.

Your rights You can ask your gym's admin or contact us at hello@vajrafit.in to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Since your gym's admin manages your account, some requests (e.g. changing your registered email) may need to go through them.

Children's privacy This app is intended for gym members and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been collected without appropriate consent, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
